About Us

The European School of Abdomino-pelvic Surgery in Gynaecologic Oncology was founded in 2010 to address the pressing need for advanced post-graduate training in gynaecologic oncology. Our goal is to provide training and a support network focusing on relevant and innovative technology with a multidisciplinary approach.

We use an “Observe and Discuss” approach with an effective training process that progresses from basic surgery through lectures and video presentations to live surgeries. Our expert faculty is enhanced by world-renowned experts as well as guest presenters for the educational surgery and theory sessions.

Esagon offers:

an educational Training Programme on the menagement of gynecological malignacies with a special focus on ovarian cancer;
Webcasts from the surgery and theory sessions so that we can share the latest methods and information to a widest audience.

Our trainees have the opportunity to participate in theory and educational surgery sessions as well as to attend clinical and technical training.
