If you encounter technical problems in sending the clinical documentation NOT performed in IEO necessary for the consultation requested, you can ask for assistance by filling in the dedicated form.

Please note that messages containing incomplete information cannot be considered and will be deleted. Please also note that any further sending, if not requested by IEO, cannot be managed and any documentation received will be deleted permanently without viewing.
